GeoSec Insights — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of GeoSec Insights (“we,” “our,” or “the publication”) hosted on Substack.

By subscribing, reading, or otherwise engaging with our content, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of Content

All content, including articles, newsletters, images, and original research shared on GeoSec Insights, is for informational purposes only.

• You may read, share, and quote portions of our content for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution.

• Commercial use, redistribution, or republication of content without explicit permission is prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

All original content is the intellectual property of Themistoklis Zanidis unless otherwise stated. This includes articles, analyses, graphics, and any downloadable reports.

3. Subscriber Accounts

If you create a paid or free account:

• You agree to keep your login information secure.

• You are responsible for any activity under your account.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Substack account settings.

4. Payment & Refunds

Paid subscriptions are processed securely via Substack and Stripe.
Refunds are not automatically issued, but we are committed to fairness. If there’s an issue, contact us at geosecinsights@yahoo.com.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to cancel any subscription or access at our discretion for abuse, spamming, harassment, or misuse of our content or platform.

6. Disclaimer

While we strive for accuracy and timely analysis, all content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. GeoSec Insights is an independent platform and does not represent official views of any government or institution.

Readers should use their own judgment when making decisions based on the content.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GeoSec Insights after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Guest Contributions

From time to time, GeoSec Insights may publish articles, interviews, or analysis written by guest contributors.

• All guest content is published with permission and attribution.

• Opinions expressed by guest writers are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of GeoSec Insights or Themistoklis Zanidis.

• Guest authors retain the copyright to their work, but grant GeoSec Insights a license to publish and promote it.

If you wish to contribute, submit a pitch or article draft to geosecinsights@yahoo.com. We reserve the right to accept, edit, or reject submissions at our discretion.
